We check availability with a licensed local balloon operator and send you the exact price for your date, usually within 24 hours.
You Approve the Quote
Review the confirmed price and booking terms before paying. Once you accept, your price is fixed and your flight is confirmed in writing — no payment is taken at this stage either.
Pay & Fly at Sunrise
Payment is made in person, on the morning of your flight, before boarding — by cash, card, or bank transfer depending on the operator. Your assigned operator then handles hotel pick-up, the flight itself, and the champagne toast on landing. The operator's licensed pilot makes the final weather go/no-go call on the morning of your flight.

No fixed schedule. Pickup, launch, and return times all vary by season and conditions on the day — summer flights launch earlier, winter flights slightly later.
Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed the evening before your flight via WhatsApp or phone.
Weather dependent. Flights may be cancelled before departure for wind, rain, or operational safety reasons — sometimes confirmed the evening before, sometimes at the last minute. A weather-cancelled booking is refunded (card refunds include a small per-passenger processing fee, cash/transfer refunds do not); rebooking to a new date is a new booking at that date's price and availability, not an automatic free reschedule.
