Rebooking to a new date is a brand-new booking at that day's current price and availability, not a free automatic reschedule — no slot is guaranteed for the next morning or any specific day.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the flight are non-refundable.

Yes — hotel pick-up and drop-off is provided by the assigned balloon operator from accommodations in Goreme, Avanos, Urgup, Cavusin, Mustafapasa, and other suitable central touristic areas. Not every address is automatically guaranteed; exact pickup availability is confirmed together with your booking, and the exact pickup time (normally communicated the evening before, between 17:00 and 20:00) depends on season, flight time, and your hotel's location.
