You are spending from EUR 150 per person on an experience that depends on weather, travel plans, and life. Here is exactly how our cancellation and refund policy works—no fine print, no surprises.

Can I Cancel My Booking for Free?

Yes, with one nuance depending on how you paid. Cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled flight and your booking is refund-eligible. Refunds to a credit or debit card include a €10 per-passenger card-processing fee; refunds by cash or bank transfer are not reduced. We process refunds to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What if I Cancel Less Than 24 Hours Before?

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the flight are non-refundable. At that point, we have already allocated your spot, notified your assigned operator, and arranged your hotel transfer. Rebooking to a different date is a new booking, subject to that day's price and availability — not an automatic or free reschedule. Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible if your plans change.

What Happens if Weather Cancels My Flight?

Weather cancellations are handled differently from personal cancellations. Daily flight-status guidance for the region is published by SHM (Kapadokya): a Red status means the flight is cancelled for that period; a Yellow status means takeoff clearance is temporarily withheld. Even on a Green status, the final decision remains with your assigned operator and pilot — Above Cappadocia does not set this status or make the flight decision itself.

When weather cancels your flight, your booking is refunded — card refunds include the same €10 per-passenger processing fee, while cash or bank-transfer refunds are not reduced. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Rebooking to a new date is not automatic or free: the new date is a brand-new booking, subject to that day's current price and availability. We are always happy to help you find a new slot, but no slot is guaranteed for the next morning or any specific day, and the original price is not held.
