Step 1: Contact Us Early

• Whether your partner knows about the balloon flight (most do—the proposal is the surprise, not the flight)

If you want dedicated coverage, some couples independently hire a local photographer to shoot ground and landing shots before or after the flight—this is arranged separately from your balloon booking, not something we coordinate directly.

• Keep the ring in a zipped inner pocket until the moment you propose. Not a coat pocket, not a bag. A pocket that closes securely.
